Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Palletizer in Lockbourne, OH. You will control the movement of filled orders, stack totes on pallets, and transfer pallets to the loading dock while maintaining stop/batch order and safety standards.

The role requires reading and counting accuracy, basic English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Monday–Friday shifts start at 6:00 am, with comprehensive benefits after 60 days and holidays after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a working level, with clear safety instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read load and stop numbers on totes/cases and place them on the correct pallet.
• Count totes/cases for each stop, verify loads, and record counts.
• Move pallets to the loading dock at the designated door for loading.
• Ensure orders stay in stop/batch sequence and are placed onto the conveyor by load number.
• Participate in cleanup activities (facing, downstacking, mopping, sweeping, dusting).
• Work safely to prevent injuries and protect products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
