Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Palletizer in Longmont, CO. The role involves organizing totes on pallets, transferring pallets to the loading dock, and maintaining batch sequences for efficient loading.

The ideal candidate will be pallet jack-certified (or willing to become certified) and may pursue forklift certification. Training emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to company standards across a 5:00am–1:30pm shift, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand English well enough to perform tasks safely and effectively.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read load and stop numbers and place totes per stop on one pallet.
• Count totes for each stop, verify load numbers, and record counts.
• Transfer pallets to loading dock at correct door.
• Keep orders in stop/batch sequence; load onto conveyor by stop number.
• Assist with cleanup tasks (facing, downstacks, mopping, sweeping, dusting).
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage to products/equipment.
