Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Palletizer in Longmont, CO to move filled orders to the staging area and prepare pallets for loading. The role requires pallet jack certification (or ability to certify) and includes lifting up to 60 pounds, working in confined spaces, and following safety protocols.

Shifts run Monday–Friday from 5:00am to 1:30pm with benefits starting after 60 days. You will contribute to a clean, organized warehouse and support daily operations while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient for safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Read load and stop numbers and place totes on a pallet.
• Count totes and verify load numbers for each stop.
• Transfer pallets to loading dock and ensure correct order batching.
• Participate in site cleanup and safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
