McLane Company, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Palletizer in Ohio to move filled customer orders to the staging area and prepare pallets for loading. Candidates should be pallet jack-certified or willing to become certified, and able to lift up to 60 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires concentration on stop numbers, safe operation of equipment, and adherence to safety protocols. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits begin after the probation period.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for instructions, safety and communications.

Responsabilidades

• Read load and stop numbers and place totes on the correct pallet.
• Count totes per stop, verify loads, and record totals.
• Move pallets to loading dock and ensure correct door for loading.
• Maintain stop/batch order and feed conveyor by load number.
• Participate in cleanup tasks and operate safely to prevent injury.
