Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Repair positions pay weekly.

• Hourly Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift Friday - Sunday 4:30 am - 3:00 pm; Second Shift Monday 4:30 pm - 3:30 am

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2+ years in carpentry or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to understand basic math
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a diverse environment

• Operate power equipment safely
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder, crouch as needed
• Use hands and feet for repetitive movements
• Maintain steady, fast pace while kneeling/twisting
• Follow inspection processes

Responsibilities

• Pallet inspection and Smetco operation
  • Inspect pallets safely and efficiently, meeting company standards and safety protocols
  • Lift 70 lb pallets from stacks to conveyors and for inspection using Smetco machine
  • Ensure proper inspection and separation
  • Conduct physical inventories as required
• Safety and security
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Assist in warehouse security
  • Promote safety in all operations
  • Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
  • Wear all safety equipment when repairing pallets
• Perform duties within performance guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
