We are currently seeking experienced Construction Landscape and Irrigation Laborers and Drivers for our DFW region.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing manual labor tasks in landscape irrigation, drainage installation, and landscape construction.
• Preparing surfaces for paving with manual and machinery work.
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site, including tool and equipment management.
• Handling materials, loading/unloading trucks, and transporting materials.
• Following safety procedures and incident reporting protocols.
• Installing sod, planting, digging, mulching, sprinkler systems, and planting flower beds.
• Performing weeding manually or with tools.
• Providing friendly, responsive customer service.
• Reporting issues to supervisors and upholding company policies and values.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Please note, this role involves both manual labor and driving; drivers are compensated for drive time.

Qualifications Required:
