Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC in Boise, ID is seeking motivated individuals to join our warehousing team as palletizers. The role involves sorting pallets for reuse, loading good pallets into the Case machine with a stand-up forklift, and performing routine warehouse tasks with attention to safety and efficiency.

You’ll be part of a growing logistics network, with weekly pay, paid training, and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-50lbs
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred but training available
• Must be over 18 and pass pre-employment drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets to separate good from bad, load good pallets into the Case machine using a stand-up forklift
• Perform warehouse duties with minimal physical labor beyond sorting, sweeping as needed
• Maintain safety and quality standards for pallets, support daily warehouse operations

Our Warehouse Palletizers sort good pallets from bad and load the good pallets into the Case machine mostly using a stand-up forklift; minimal physical labor; requires sweeping in between.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-50lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
