Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in South Florida is hiring Warehouse Associates to perform a range of duties in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This role involves loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, auditing, and keeping the workspace clean.

You’ll be paid $19 per hour with weekly pay, start with paid training, and eligibility for benefits after 60 days. Capstone emphasizes high-performance culture, internal promotion, and travel opportunities to see multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; weights vary.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and equipment as directed.
• Select, palletize, and sort items for shipment.
• Audit, repack, and clean up work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and assist with housekeeping.
• Report to site leadership with any issues.

The Opportunity

Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
