Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring at our Rocky Hill, CT location for a Warehouse Palletizer role. The position involves operating a stand-up forklift to sort pallets, load pallets into the Case machine, and perform light cleaning tasks. No specific experience required; training provided.

All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. The job is fast-paced and physically demanding, with weekly pay. Earn $19 per hour on the 1st shift (12:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 lbs.
• Willingness to train for role.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets and load good pallets into the Case machine using a stand-up forklift.
• Sweep and maintain clean work area between tasks.

Capstone Logistics, is part of The Transportation and Logistics industry which has been designated a "Critical Infrastructure Segment", our associates are Essential. Our Warehouse Palletizers sort good pallets from bad and load the good pallets into the Case machine mostly using a stand-up forklift; minimal physical labor; requires sweeping in between.
