Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring for 1st shift Warehouse Palletizers in Rocky Hill, CT. You will sort pallets, operate a stand-up forklift, and help load pallets into the Case machine with minimal heavy lifting.

The role is fast-paced and physical, requiring 18+ years old, pre-employment drug testing, and background checks. Training is provided, with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Warehousing experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets and load good pallets into the Case machine.
• Operate stand-up forklift.
• Sweep and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

1st Shift: 12:00PM-10:00PM | Monday-Friday

Our Warehouse Palletizers sort good pallets from bad and load the good pallets into the Case machine mostly using a stand-up forklift; minimal physical labor; requires sweeping in between.
