Job summary

Thyssenkrupp Materials NA, Inc. on the warehouse floor performs sorting, stacking, cleaning, stocking, and inspection of cartons and pallets to support daily operations. The role includes assisting with orders, packaging, and paperwork while operating cranes, forklifts, and related equipment.

You will work near heavy machinery and contribute to safety, quality, and Lean initiatives, with pre-employment drug testing and compliance requirements in place.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to use and understand scanning technology.
• Safety mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Sort, stack, clean, wash, stock and inspect cartons, pallets, or parts.
• Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move/deliver stock.
• Assist machine operators with various tasks as required.
• Perform general clean-up activities.
• Maintain equipment and report issues or breakdowns promptly.
• Train others when required.
• Participate in health, safety, quality and Lean initiatives.
