Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and Lean initiatives; candidates should be comfortable with heavy machinery and willing to participate in training and team tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Comfort with scanning technology and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate related equipment.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Sort, stack, clean, wash, stock and inspect cartons, pallets or parts.
• Assist in filling/packaging orders and paperwork per instructions.
• Operate cranes, forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Support machine operators and perform general clean-up on the floor.
• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly to supervision.
• Train others when required and participate in safety/Lean initiatives.
