Job summary

Staffmark in Monroe, LA is seeking a Manufacturing Packer to pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment. This role supports accurate inventory and on-time delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will operate RF scanners, read pick tickets, and ensure correct boxes and labels, with a weekly pay of $14 per hour and a Monday–Friday 7am–3pm schedule.

High school diploma preferred; safety procedures followed; benefits include health coverage and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Able to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders.
• Experience reading pick tickets and shipping labels.
• Able to safely use RF scanners and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy.
• Reliable attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic math and ability to read and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Verify the proper boxes are being used for each product and that labels are correct.
• Ensure each box contains the required quantity of product and matches the order.
• Notify the lead of any products not meeting quality standards.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and staging shipments for delivery.
