Job summary

Staffmark Group in Monroe, LA is hiring a Manufacturing Packer to pick, pack, label, and palletize products for shipment. The role emphasizes accuracy and speed to keep orders moving, with a schedule from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, tagging and boxing items, and completing required production documentation. Prior experience with RF scanners and warehouse equipment is beneficial. Competitive weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Ability to read and understand traveler and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Select and pack customer orders according to pick tickets.
• Verify the proper boxes and labels are used for each product.
• Ensure correct quantity and product in each box.
• Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects.
• Document weight and quality on bag check sheets and checklists.
• Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Notify lead of any quality issues or nonconforming items.
