Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Lockport, IL is looking for reliable Warehouse Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced distribution and manufacturing environment. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday with room to grow.

Responsibilities include picking orders with tickets or RF scanners, packing to specifications, labeling, and ensuring quality and inventory accuracy. Training is provided, and a clean, organized work area is maintained to support efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience in picking/packing preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets or RF scanners
• Pack products according to customer and company requirements
• Label, sort, and prepare orders for shipment
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Keep work areas clean and safe and assist with shipping/receiving
