Job summary

Colectivo Coffee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to coordinate daily warehouse orders and production needs in line with our mission and values. This full-time, non-exempt role requires reliable, organized individuals who can manage logistics and maintain clear communication with the Production Manager.

You will communicate production needs, coordinate deadlines with the Production Manager and Sales Support, and perform basic computer tasks while lifting up to 60

Position Summary

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the daily coordination and communication of the warehouse order and production needs as related to Colectivo Coffee’s Mission and Values.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and collaborative working
• Possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented
• Possess basic computer skills, and willingness to train on industry specific softwares
• Must be reliable and able to work independently within a team environment
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 60lbs.
• Requires a High School education or equivalent
