Job summary

Cogent Talent Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including crating, packing, inventory control, and loading/unloading materials. The role requires physical strength, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include building crates, packing, operating forklifts (certified), maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a clean, organized warehouse. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and able to lift 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 60 pounds consistently.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and seasonal warehouse conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).

• Assist with general warehouse tasks including staging, organizing, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Support any additional tasks required by warehouse leadership or business needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
