Brightstar Lottery in Lansing, MI is hiring a Warehouse Packer to perform shipping, receiving, storing, and order fulfillment. You will operate forklifts and automated systems, inspect inbound deliveries, verify against purchase orders, prepare outbound shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records with a focus on safety and teamwork.

YOUR ROLE IN THE BRIGHTSTAR UNIVERSE

The Material Handler is responsible for performing a variety of physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders for products and materials. Key duties include receiving and inspecting inbound deliveries, verifying inventory against purchase orders, preparing materials for shipment, and supporting accurate inventory management. This role also operates material handling equipment—including forks—and ensures all activities adhere to established safety and operational protocols. The

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $15.00 – $17.55 /hr. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
