Job summary

Atterro is seeking a Warehouse Packer in Cranbury, NJ to pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment. You will use RF scanners and read pick tickets, ensuring accurate order fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety in a fast-paced warehouse.

Job Duties

• Accurately select, pick, package, and prepare goods for shipment using an RF scanner.
• Read picking sheets, shipping orders, and product labels carefully to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and checking order statuses.
• Inspect items for damage or defects prior to packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to support team productivity.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Packer.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
