Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Packer in Cranbury, NJ. The role involves selecting, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment using an RF scanner, with a 4:30 PM–1:00 AM schedule Monday to Friday and a pay rate of $18.30 per hour.

Responsibilities include reading picking sheets, ensuring accuracy, performing data entry, inspecting items for damage, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select, pick, package, and prepare goods for shipment using an RF scanner.
• Read picking sheets, shipping orders, and product labels carefully to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and checking order statuses.
• Inspect items for damage or defects prior to packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to support team productivity.
