Atterro in Cranbury, NJ is hiring a Picker Packer for a fast-paced warehouse role. You will accurately pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment using RF scanners, read orders, and verify labels while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

This first shift runs Wednesday-Saturday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime. Pay is $17.80 per hour, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plus an optional 401(k).

Qualifications

Job Duties

• Accurately select, pick, package, and prepare goods for shipment using an RF scanner.
• Read picking sheets, shipping orders, and product labels carefully to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and checking order statuses.
• Inspect items for damage or defects prior to packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to support team productivity.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Picker Packer.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
