Flowly Solutions in Roseville, CA is seeking a motivated Packager to support packaging, order verification, and packing execution in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will inspect, wrap, and box finished products, apply shipping labels, and help maintain accurate counts and safety standards.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork in a facilities setting. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse packaging or order fulfillment.
• Experience with handheld barcode scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Reliable transportation for daily attendance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, wrap, and securely box finished products according to client packaging specs.
• Apply accurate shipping labels, seal cartons, and stack boxes onto pallets.
• Use hand trucks and pallet jacks to move packed inventory to staging lanes.
• Perform routine cycle counts and cross-check packing lists.
• Collaborate with fulfillment colleagues to hit daily quotas and keep operations running.
• Keep packaging stations stocked, clean, and hazard-free while following safety standards.
