Job summary

Flowly Solutions in Roseville, CA is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In a fast-paced environment you will pick, pack, and prepare orders, receive freight, and help maintain accurate inventory.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, dependable transportation, and a willingness to train. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but training available.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Able to read order sheets and match product codes.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Reliable transportation for daily attendance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Receive and process incoming freight, ensuring items are unpacked, sorted, and stored.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles using manual pallet jacks.
• Verify product counts against packing slips and digital order sheets.
• Organize warehouse shelving and pallets to optimize storage space and keep aisles clear.
• Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams to meet daily fulfillment deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with all company safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Receive and process incoming freight, ensuring items are correctly unpacked, sorted, and stored.

• Verify product counts, labels, and item numbers against packing slips and digital order sheets.
• Organize warehouse shelving and pallets to optimize storage space and keep aisles clear.
• Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams to meet daily fulfillment deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with all company safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or physical retail environment is preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right person).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and quality control.
• Familiarity with basic RF scanners or warehouse inventory software is a plus.
• Ability to read order sheets, match product codes accurately, and perform basic math for physical counts.
• Dependable transportation to guarantee consistent daily attendance and punctuality.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
