Job summary

Flowly Solutions in Placerville, CA is seeking reliable Production Packers for our warehouse team. You’ll prep, check, and pack orders in a steady, hands-on environment where accuracy matters and good work gets noticed.

You’ll handle packing, labeling, inventory checks, and restocking, with opportunities for overtime as volume grows. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and following written procedures while maintaining a clean, organized station.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing, fulfillment, assembly, or general warehouse work.
• Barcode scanner experience is a bonus; training provided.
• Sharp eye for detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to follow written procedures and communicate clearly with the team.
• Dependable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished goods into boxes following each customer’s packing instructions.
• Check items against packing slips to ensure orders ship complete and correct.
• Print and attach shipping labels, close up cartons, and build pallets for outgoing loads.
• Move packed orders to shipping area with hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Count inventory regularly and flag shortages or discrepancies.
• Work with teammates to meet daily output goals.
• Restock supplies and keep your station clean, organized, and safe.

• Check items against packing slips so every order ships complete and correct
• Print and attach shipping labels, close up cartons, and build pallets for outgoing loads
• Move packed orders to the shipping area with hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Count inventory on a regular schedule and flag any shortages or discrepancies
• Work with teammates to meet daily output goals
• Restock supplies and keep your station clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in packing, fulfillment, assembly, or general warehouse work preferred
• Barcode scanner experience is a bonus, and we’ll train you if you’re new to it
• Sharp eye for detail and pride in quality work
• Able to follow written procedures and communicate clearly with your team
• Dependable transportation and a strong attendance record
• Able to stand and walk throughout your shift and safely lift up to 40 lbs

Pay & Benefits:

• $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• No weekends
