Defense Mechanics Inc. is seeking a Packager I to join our warehouse team. You will work under supervision, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of shipping orders and working closely with customer service to meet expectations.

The role emphasizes picking inventory, verifying shipping details, packaging products, stocking supplies, and maintaining safety and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday 2nd shift supports operations and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Picking of inventory to accurately fulfill orders.
• Verify shipping instructions and shipper packet information.
• Package finished products manually or with equipment in order of importance based on dashboards.
• Stocking of supply orders.
• Adheres to company safety standards.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of all files.
