Kloeckner Metals - Americas is seeking a Packager to ensure finished products are packaged to customer specs and to optimize the packaging line efficiency. You will select packaging materials, operate packaging equipment, and document processes while following safety standards.

The role requires basic education, ability to read work orders, and to handle measuring tools and basic computer tagging. You will work with the processing crew to maintain quality and timely packaging of shipments.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Equipment Operation: Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts
• Reading and Understanding Instructions: Ability to read and understand work orders and written instructions
• Measurement: Utilize measuring devices such as rulers, tapes, and calipers
• Computer Skills: Use computer systems to print tags and manage documentatio
• Physical Requirements: Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility
• Reliability: Demonstrated reliable work history
• Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all inspection tasks
