Location: 650 West Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902

Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Sunday - Thursday from 1:30 AM to 9:30 AM . Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Employment Logistics :

This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. Our Lead Package Handlers are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Sort and Operations M anage rs to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

The Must-Have s :

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both
• Safety-focused
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole preferred

Your Mission in Motion:

• Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.
• Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately.
• Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.
• Inspect packages to make sure they are safe for truck transportation.
