OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler Lead!

Pay Target: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Saturday - Wednesday from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Employment Logistics:

The Lead Package Handler / Warehouse Worker plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution in our warehouse. Our Lead Package Handlers are the ultimate team players, working closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

The Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination
• Previous leadership experience, highly preferred
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old

Your Mission in Motion:

• Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery
• Train sorters to perform tasks safely and accurately
• Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative
• Inspect packages to ensure safety for truck transportation
