Base pay range

$17.97/hr - $17.97/hr

Location and Shift

We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Petaluma, CA location.

Address: 2249 S McDowell Blvd, Petaluma, CA 94954

Shift: Monday - Saturday, 4 AM - 9 AM (scheduled 5 days a week). Days and hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work safely, prioritizing safety as our core value.
• Be a team player, working together to complete tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay active and on your feet during work.
• Dependable, flexible, and reliable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Wearing gloves and work boots is recommended.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting hourly rate: $17.97/hr.
• Pay increases of $0.50 every 6 months up to 2 years.
• Weekly pay.
• Part-time schedules available.

• Referral bonus program: up to $500 per referral.
