Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Warehouse Package Handler in Kenosha, WI. Starting pay is $21.14 per hour with a $1.00 second shift premium, plus opportunities for raises and incentives. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 100 pounds, and training by the team.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off; 2nd shift 7:50 PM finish. Weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, store discount, wellness reimbursement after 90 days, and strong internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Will successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order picking and packing in the distribution center.
• Train with the dedicated training team to learn processes.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.

Distribution Center Address: 10901 38th St., Kenosha Pay: Starting at $21.14/hour + a $1.00 2nd shift premium

• We have frozen products - your ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions is required while you’re here.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage and a background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
