Job summary

OnTrac in Bakersfield, CA is hiring Package Handlers to support our fast-paced operations. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries. We value safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance as core drivers of our performance.

This role offers weekly pay, a community-minded workplace, and opportunities for growth. Must be at least 18, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and be comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.

Pay: $17.90/hour (WEEKLY Pay)

Shifts: Monday - Friday 4:30AM - 9AM

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
