Job summary

OnTrac in Visalia, CA is hiring Package Handlers to unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for daily deliveries. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and physical stamina in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts include Sunday 1PM–6PM and Monday–Friday 5PM–11:30PM, about 20–25 hours weekly. Compensation starts at $17.90 per hour with weekly pay and available benefits as part of our comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings and adapt to the schedule

Pay

$17.90/hour (WEEKLY Pay)

Shifts

Sunday 1PM – 6PM, Monday – Friday 5PM – 11:30PM (Must be able to start as early as 12PM; about 20-25 hours per week)

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
