Job summary

OnTrac in Santa Maria, CA is hiring Package Handlers to join a dynamic logistics team. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and help load trucks for deliveries in the early morning shifts.

Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift 50–75 lbs, and be at least 18 years old. Weekly pay and benefits are provided, including a 401(k) match and paid sick leave.

Pay: $17.90/hour (WEEKLY Pay)

Shifts

• Monday - Saturday 5:30AM - 8:45AM
• Tuesday - Saturday 5:30AM - 8:45AM
• Wednesday - Sunday 5:30AM - 8:45AM
• Thursday - Monday 5:30AM - 8:45AM
• Friday - Tuesday 5:30AM - 8:45AM

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
