MSI in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an entry-level Overhead Crane Operator to pull slab orders, move slabs with overhead cranes, load materials onto customer vehicles, and secure loads for transport.
This full-time, safety-focused role offers $20.75–$22.75 per hour with overtime. Candidates need a high school diploma and warehouse experience; forklift and crane experience preferred and the ability to work as part of a team.
The overhead crane operator is responsible for pulling slab orders accurately and safely. This task will be performed using the overhead cranes.
Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 07:00 AM to 01:00 PM

This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $20.75 to $22.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $42,000 and $56,800 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
