Job summary

Gold-Star-Foods is seeking a part-time Warehouse Order Selector in Canton, MA. This role supports the Warehouse Team by accurately selecting orders and operating in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 55 pounds, follow Voice Pick instructions, work 8–12 hour shifts, and perform duties safely per health and safety standards.

Experience in freezer/cooler environments and ability to work overtime are valued. High school diploma or equivalent required. EOE statement included.

Warehouse Order Selectors (Part Time)

Salary Range: $22.00 To $22.50 Hourly

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is a critical support role for the Warehouse Team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a timely manner.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.
• Safely operate electric pallet jack in a face-paced warehouse environment.
• Select and palletize products using Vocollect technology.
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
• Other duties and special projects as requested.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Work in various warehouse environments including freezer, cooler and dry.
• Able to follow selection direction through headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label)
• Work overtime as required.
• Work on your feet for 8-12 hours daily.
• Ability to frequently lift 15 - 55 pounds.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
