Job summary

Gold Star Foods is seeking an Order Selector for our Warehouse team. The role focuses on accurate order picking and efficient workflow within a fast-paced distribution setting.

The position requires voice-pick headset use, operation of an electric pallet jack, and adherence to safety standards. Prior warehouse experience and HS diploma preferred, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Order Selecting: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Electric Pallet Jack: 1 Year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.
• Safely operate electric pallet jack in a face-paced warehouse environment.
• Select and palletize products using Vocollect technology.
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
• Other duties and special projects as requested.

Skills

Voice Pick experience

Position Overview

This position is a critical support role for the Warehouse Team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a timely manner.

Principal Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.
• Safely operate electric pallet jack in a face-paced warehouse environment.
• Select and palletize products using Vocollect technology.
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
• Other duties and special projects as requested.

Required Skills

• Work in various warehouse environments including freezer, cooler and dry.
• Able to follow selection direction through headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label)
• Work overtime as required.
• Work on your feet for 8-12 hours daily.
• Ability to frequently lift 15 - 55 pounds.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Order Selecting: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Electric Pallet Jack: 1 Year (Preferred)
