Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring for a warehouse associate in Victoria, TX, offering starting pay of $17 per hour with potential to earn up to $70,000 annually through incentives. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 3pm–Finish, onsite, with benefits starting Day 1.

Responsibilities include selecting cases, moving orders with pallet jacks, and ensuring timely, safe shipment while meeting quality standards. The role supports a fast-moving distribution system in a multi-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods to fill customer orders.
• Place pallets on pallet jack, operate in multi-level racks, and locate products per order sheets.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock staging and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Transport completed palletized orders to the loading area and assist with staging as needed.
• Perform safety checks, PPE use, and necessary paperwork at shift end.
