Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and prepare customer orders from multi-level racks, using pallet jacks and forklifts. You’ll ensure timely shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Shifts are 10 hours with overtime; starting pay is $23.50 per hour plus incentives. Availability includes Saturdays; training and benefits are provided from Day 1. This role supports America’s food distribution network in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the scheduled/overtime as required.
• Stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within new-hire training.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level warehouse racks.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move to shipping dock staging area for shipment.
• Shrink-wrap and label completed pallets as needed.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
