Cash-Wa Distributing is seeking an Order Selector for night shift in Kearney, NE. You will pick orders with a scanner, stage items for shipping, and use a pallet jack to move goods throughout a fast-paced warehouse.

Starting wages vary by shift and perishable vs. dry, with potential increases and a $750 night shift hiring bonus paid in installments. Heavy lifting is required on a regular basis.

• Basic math and reading skills are required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders in the warehouse using a handheld scanner.
• Stage picked items on pallets for truck loading.
• Operate a pallet jack and move product, lifting 10–50 lbs (up to 100 lbs occasionally).
• Follow pick lists and locate items by aisle and slot as directed.

This position is responsible for picking orders in the warehouse and staging them on pallets before they are sent out on a truck for delivery. You need to be fast and accurate to ensure that the correct items are selected, and trucks are able to depart on time.**$750 Night Shift Hiring Bonus! $250 paid at 3 months, $500 paid at 6 months!*****Order Selector w/ Pallet Jack (Dry or Perishable Warehouse)***This job involves a lot of moving through the warehouse with a pallet jack, and repetitive lifting for about 80% of the shift where you generally lift products that weigh 10-50lbs, and on rare occasions lift up to 100lbs.
