Job summary

Cash-Wa Distributing is hiring an Order Selector with Pallet Jack for our warehouse workforce. You will pick orders, stage them on pallets, and use a scanner to follow detailed pick lists, ensuring accurate, on-time shipments.

The job involves frequent movement and lifting of 10–50 lbs (up to 100 lbs occasionally). Night shifts start at 5pm with starting wages of $19.50–$20.50, rising through the first 90 days, then transitioning to piece pay where earnings can reach $25/hr or more.

Qualifications

• Pallet jack experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required for all positions.
• Able to follow pick lists and scanner instructions.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for picking orders in the warehouse and staging them on pallets before they are sent out on a truck for delivery. You need to be fast and accurate to ensure that the correct items are selected, and trucks are able to depart on time.$750 Night Shift Hiring Bonus! $250 paid at 3 months, $500 paid at 6 months!Order Selector w/ Pallet Jack (Dry or Perishable Warehouse)This job involves a lot of moving through the warehouse with a pallet jack, and repetitive lifting for about 80% of the shift where you generally lift products that weigh 10-50lbs, and on rare occasions lift up to 100lbs.
