Job summary

Cash-Wa Distributing is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector for the night shift in Transportation. You will quickly pick orders and stage them on pallets for out‑the‑door delivery, using a scanner and pallet jack as you move through aisles and slots.

Starting pay varies by shift: Dry Night at $19.50/hour and Perishable Night at $20.50/hour, with frequent raises in 90 days and potential piece pay reaching $25/hour+.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders in the warehouse and stage on pallets for truck loading.
• Use scanner and follow pick lists to determine aisles, slots and quantities.
• Operate pallet jack and move goods safely between areas.

Warehouse Order Selector - Night Shift (Transportation)

If you want a job that keeps you busy and moving, then this is it! This position is responsible for picking orders in the warehouse and staging them on pallets before they are sent out on a truck for delivery. You need to be fast and accurate to ensure that the correct items are selected, and trucks are able to depart on time.

$750 Night Shift Hiring Bonus! $250 paid at 3 months, $500 paid at 6 months!

Order Selector w/ Pallet Jack (Dry or Perishable Warehouse)

This job involves a lot of moving through the warehouse with a pallet jack, and repetitive lifting for about 80% of the shift where you generally lift products that weigh 10-50lbs, and on rare occasions lift up to 100lbs. Will pick products as dictated by a pick list using a scanner which gives special instructions on what aisle to go to, which slot to select from and the # of cases or products to pick from each slot.

• Dry Night shift starts at 5pm; starting wage is $19.50with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and will then move to piece pay where you should easily make $25/hr or more!


• Perishable Night shift starts at 5pm; starting wage is $20.50with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and will then move to piece pay where you should easily make $25/hr or more!

Note: Dry WH temps range from 40-80 degrees by season, Perishable WH is 29-53 in the cooler, and -10 to 0 degrees in the freezer

Basic math and reading skills are needed in all positions
