Responsibilities

• Selects customer orders from pick slots using pick lists of assorted items to build orders
• Delivers merchandise to correct dock area, stacks items on pallets according to driver stops for next day’s delivery and shrink wraps palletized orders
• Operates a pallet jack and uses voice-activated picking system to move products from racks to pallets
• Labels the selected cases with order labels and validates correct product and damage-free condition
• Notifies Stocker of empty or short slots for replenishment
• Involves repetitive lifting (80-90% of shift), with heavy lifting up to 100 lbs on rare occasions

This position is responsible for picking orders per customer request. You need to be fast and accurate. Full-time 2nd shift positions are available with the most earning potential being on the night shift where you start earning a pick incentive after you qualify which is generally within 90 days. Our warehouse includes a dry, cooler, freezer section.* Night shift: Starts at 3pm – wages start at $19/hr + incentive based on productivity**Order Selector:** Selects customer orders from pick slots using pick lists of assorted items to build orders according customer order. Delivers merchandise to correct dock area, stacks items on pallets according to driver stops for next day’s delivery and shrink wraps palletized orders. This involves operating a pallet jack, moving products from racks to pallet, labeling the selected cases with the order labels and using a voice automated picking system. Validates that correct product has been selected and is damage free.
