Job summary

Flippers Pizza Company is seeking an Order Selector / Warehouse Associate to accurately select, stage, receive, and stock products for both pizzeria and wholesale operations. The role emphasizes safety, proper inventory rotation, and adherence to GMP, SQF, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, loading/unloading trucks, receiving deliveries, and maintaining organized storage areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, Shipping/receiving, Distribution, Or Food Manufacturing Experience Preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and stage daily orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate before shipment; check quantities, products, and lot codes.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely.
• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities and product condition.
• Stock products in warehouse, cooler, and freezer locations.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out).
