Ryder System, Inc. in Northlake, Texas is hiring a Case Picker Associate to join a clean, well-run facility focused on safety in the supply chain. The role features weekly pay, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Typical duties include picking products, palletizing, operating material handling equipment, and supporting inventory control. The schedule is Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:00pm, with benefits starting at 30 days and the opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adequate math skills.
• Able to read location codes and product codes.
• GMP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time management strengths.
• Detail oriented with follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour


• Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred


• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred


• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team


• Must have adequate math skills


• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes


• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)


• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
