Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Case Picker Associate in Northlake, Texas. You will join a warehouse team performing case picks, palletizing, and wrap operations in a clean, safety‑driven facility.

The role offers weekly pay, benefits, and a path for career growth. Expect to work Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:00pm with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adequate math skills required.
• Ability to read location codes and product codes.
• Adherence to GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
