Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Northlake, Texas, is hiring a Case Picker Associate to join our warehouse team. You will pick cases, palletize and wrap products, and operate basic material-handling equipment in a clean, safety-focused environment.

The schedule is Tue–Sat, 6:00am–2:00pm, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet GMP standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships across the organization.
• Multi-tasking and highly organized with good time management.
• Detail oriented with good follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap as required.

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
