Job summary

Ryder in Northlake, Texas is hiring a Case Picker Associate. You will select products, palletize, and use stand-up walkie rider and pallet jack in a clean, safe facility. Earn $20 per hour with weekly pay, plus medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities include picking product, wrapping, cycle counting, and inventory control. Strong math, attention to detail, teamwork, and GMP compliance are expected; prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adequate math skills and ability to read location/product codes.
• Commitment to GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as required.

Warehouse positions pay weekly

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
