Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform inventory and warehouse tasks. This includes loading/unloading, order picking, cycle counts, and operating a forklift within a refrigerated environment. You will ensure accurate records and safe storage, following GMPs and quality standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail. English literacy is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items to racks or bins as directed.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated areas.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse.
• Fill requisitions and distribute materials to production workers.
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipping.
• Check shipment documents and product condition prior to loading.
• Use computer to scan or enter inventories and maintain records.
• Complete daily pick sheets and cycle counts.
• Operate a forklift to move inventory between locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and space utilization.
• Follow DFA/Oakhurst Dairy GMPs and quality standards.
