Job summary

Core-Mark is hiring a Warehouse Order Selector in Springfield, MO. The role involves selecting cases from multi-level racks, palletizing, and preparing orders for shipment. Shift is Sunday to Thursday, starting at 3 PM, with typical 8–10 hours per day; location at 1620 N Packer Road.

Salary is up to $37/hour after training, with benefits starting Day 1, and opportunities for growth within the distribution network. Requires EPJ certification and the ability to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Post-offer drug test and criminal background check required.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and keep work area safe.
• Review schedule and prepare required supplies; perform safety checks.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Move pallets on pallet jack; locate products on multi-level racks.
• Transport orders to shipping dock; may shrink-wrap pallets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
