Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) is seeking an Order Selection associate in Kentucky to pull customer orders on the warehouse floor. You will palletize orders, verify items, and place them in correct locations using motorized equipment like Electric Pallet Jacks, while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Teamwork and attention to detail are essential to ensure efficient, on-time fulfillment. Position requires lifting 20–60 lbs, working in temperature-controlled areas, and Sunday availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience selecting is preferred but not required.
• Lifting objects weighing 20–60 lbs.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.
• Available to work on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Identify pick locations and safely pick items.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues.
• Pick correct item and quantity with UPC checks.
• Label cases and shrink-wrap pallets.
• Stage pallets in correct bays and build stable pallets.
• Inform supervisor of safety or policy issues.
• Operate pallet jack/pushcart safely.
• Follow supervision guidelines where applicable.
